Controller and status of this notice

Before public launch, the actual email and hosting environment and the retention policy for email enquiries must be finalized.
Enquiry form and direct sending
When preparing a summary, information stays in browser memory. If email sending is active, Send enquiry transmits your name, email address, optional company and phone, project details, sharing link and selected attachments to the operator’s server. The server sends these through Resend to info@lenkerdevelopments.hu. A separate acknowledgement is sent to your email address without attachments. Form data is not saved to persistent browser storage; the email server does not write form contents or attachments to disk.
Email enquiries
If an enquiry is sent, information is processed to respond and prepare a quotation. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply to steps requested before a contract; other business contact information may rely on properly documented legitimate interests. Actual retention periods and processors must be finalized from the operator’s procedures.
Measurement and transfers
This preview contains no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising or external AI code. Brand and video files are served locally. Future analytics or AI features require appropriate notices and legal bases or consent.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where applicable. The controller normally responds within one month. Complaints may be made to NAIH (naih.hu), and judicial remedies are available.
Files and sharing links
Up to 5 files, 10 MB total, may be submitted. Files leave the browser only through an explicit send action. The server does not automatically download sharing links. Do not send passwords or special category personal data that is unnecessary for your request. Attach files separately when using your email app.
Email provider and operational records
Direct sending is being configured with Resend using its European (Ireland) sending region. The provider processes message content, addresses and delivery information. To reduce abuse and duplicate sends, the server keeps IP/address-hash counters for up to 1 hour and message fingerprints and send status for 23 hours in memory. Processor terms, any international transfers, provider retention and mailbox retention must be finalized before public launch. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Cookiebot and cookie preferences
We are preparing Cookiebot CMP to manage choices for non-essential cookies and similar technologies. The provider is Usercentrics A/S (Havnegade 39, 1058 Copenhagen, Denmark). It is currently inactive. After connection it may process the consent choice, consent identifier and technical information required to serve its interface.
